Dream in Blue and Gold

In Artist’s Words

In this painting, I wanted to capture clouds as I imagine them in a dream soft, endless, and constantly changing. I layered shades of blue, lavender, white, and muted gold to create a sky that feels both familiar and otherworldly. The loose brushstrokes allow the clouds to drift into one another, while small touches of pink and gold appear almost like fleeting fragments of light. For me, this painting is less about depicting a particular sky and more about creating a feeling of being lost in one.

Every original painting features multiple layers of paint and visible brushstrokes. Surface texture, raised paint, and natural variations are intentional characteristics of the artwork and are not considered flaws.
