Kali Ma Mahakali

In Artist’s Words

In this painting, I wanted to capture the feeling of Goddess Mahakali’s presence arriving as a blessing. I chose to focus only on her feet, adorned with vibrant red lali and delicate golden ornaments, creating a sense of divine arrival and movement. The deep green surroundings and scattered white flowers create a quiet, sacred space around her. For me, the painting represents the moment when devi ma enters our lives powerful, protective, and deeply reassuring.

Every original painting features multiple layers of paint and visible brushstrokes. Surface texture, raised paint, and natural variations are intentional characteristics of the artwork and are not considered flaws.

Colours may appear slightly different across screens and under varying lighting conditions.
