Desert In Bloom

In Artist’s Words

In this painting, I explored the contrast between the softness of flowers and the rugged character of cacti. I wanted the fiery orange sky to create a dramatic backdrop, making the green forms stand out strongly against it. The small pink and coral flowers bring warmth and delicacy to the composition. For me, this contrast reflects how strength and softness can exist together.

Every original painting features multiple layers of paint and visible brushstrokes. Surface texture, raised paint, and natural variations are intentional characteristics of the artwork and are not considered flaws.

Colours may appear slightly different across screens and under varying lighting conditions.
